Where I can get my order?
At the address you have placed when completing the order, be your home, work, etc. It must be a postal address and not a post office box.
When does my order arrive?
Shipments of FRITZ products are made through a courier company. The order will be delivered within a maximum period of 24/48 working hours from the confirmation of the order.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
The shipping price is free for the entire Spanish territory including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

How much time do I have?
The period you have to return your purchase is 14 days. Keep in mind that the items must be in perfect condition and have the bags that protect the product. We will only accept the return of unsealed products if the merchandise is defective, damaged or in poor condition, provided that the damages are attributable to the manufacturing, transportation or shipping process.

Can I change my order?
Yes of course. Whenever the product is damaged, you will return it to us and we will send one immediately. Remember that if the product is not defective and the return is due to another reason, we will refund the cost of the products less the costs of return management.
